        I am Cecilia, but most clients call me "CeCe" I am a National Board Certified Colon Hydro Therapist.  I have been doing Colon therapy for over 5 years.  I became a colon therapist due to my own health issues.  I had many ailments such as migraines, severe constipation, cystic acne, high blood pressure to mention a few, in my late 30's I had a mild stroke, so as you can see I was not doing very well at all.  Fortunately I was led to  homeopathic Dr. Antonio Calzada in Tijuana, Baja California.  He did some testing on me and told me I had severe congestion in my colon and that I must go back to the U.S and get some colonics.  That was the beginning of my profession.  I had 15 sessions done in 5 weeks,  my health continued getting better and after my 6th session,  I really started feeling great results!  It was unbelievable to me how well I was feeling, so I started researching Colon Hydrotherapy because I didnt  understand why I was getting better, when I was not taking anything, they were taking it from me (you understand what I mean).  After a few years of research, and continued colonic therapy, I finally went to school to learn how to do colonics.  I attended one of the best (my opinion the best) colonics school in California "Internal Environment Institute" in Apple Valley.  The more I learned the more interesting it became.  I love my profession!  I love helping others find the answer to their health issues.  Most of  all I love paying it forward;  helping each of my clients is very rewarding, because I know when they feel better, they will go out and help someone else. 

Hello!  I am Malia and I am a Reflexologist and detox technician here at Inner Health Care.  I specialize in the Enhanced Living Ionic Foot Spa and Reflexology.  I began my quest for better health in 2005 when my Grandmother (the love of my life) passed away from cervical cancer.  Naturalyy as a child I wanted to be just like her when I grew up-aside from the cervical cancer.  My Grandmother practiced Reflexology as well and was a naturopathic healer, all this combined is what inspired me to set out and find the road to my optimal health. 

I learned about Hydro Colon Therapy, the Ionic Foot Spa and the Infrared Sauna and began consistent treatments of the three combined with my Reflexology.  I am happy to report that in less than 1 year I have gone from a size 20 to a size 14 and I'm feeling better than I ever have before!   

I received my certification for Reflexology from The United Tongan Community Center in Colton, California and in all of my sessions I practice an ancient Tongan technique called FESIA.  My goal is to help as many people as I possibly can in attaining their quest for optimal health and live a fuller, longer more rewarding life.  Can't wait to meet you!
